I've been to most cities along east coast of Australia but never been to the west coast, including Perth, so I think I can't call myself a traveler then. Eventough I've never been to Perth yet I got my favorite pastry over there, the best strudel I've ever tasted!
Corica, a local famous pastry shop in Northbridge, Western Australia. Apart from their signature Apple Strudel, the Blueberry Strudel is also one of its kind.
(Corica Blueberry Strudel)
How did I get this Corica blueberry strudel from Perth? Well, some people bring the strudels over and sell them in Sydney, occasionally you also find the strudels sold in a cultural festival in Sydney, and if one of my friends from Perth coming down to Sydney I'd ask them to bring my favorite strudel, either Apple Strudel or Blueberry one, or both of them if they don't mind :)
